Poricha kari

In oil fry the below:

  1. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  2. Chilly powder -2 tsp
  3. Fennel powder – 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  5. Presty curry powder
  6. Salt to taste

Than add Meat and fry for 5 mins, then add water and pressure cook it for 20 mins in low flame. Poricha Kari ready
