Grind 2 shallots ginger, 3 slices onions, 1 green chilly, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp white sesame seeds. Now add sesame oil in a pan and mustard, urid dhal, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, 1 tsp lg powder then add the above paste and add one cup water, let it boil for 10 mins and turn off the stove. Blend one cup yogurt in blender and add in the pan when the pan is cold.
