Add roasted rava(2 cups)
About 1 cup of rice floor
Coarse pepper to your taste
Ginger cut into small pieces
Green chilli( optional)
Add water so it is buttermilk consistency
That’s it ….
Don’t use ladle to por Dosa, use your hand and slow cook , fast cooking will burn the Dosa
