First wash duck with water, salt and little vinegar. Then marinate duck with Turmeric- 1/2 tsp, Chilly powder – 1 tbsp, Pepper powder – 1 tbsp, Coriander powder- 1 tsp, Meat masala – 1tsp, ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp and salt to taste. Put this in cooker with 2 tbsp of water and leave it for 2 whistles and open the cooker.
