- Whole pepper – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek – 1 tsp
- LG – little
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Ginger – very little
- Cilantro – Handful
- Green Chillies – 1
- Curry leaves – 5
- Tomato -2
In a wok add below and season
- Oil
- Mustard – little
- Urad dhal – little
- Red chillies – 3
- Curry leaves – few
Then add the ground ingredients from mixer and add little tamarind joice and salt.Garnish with coriander leaves.
