Taro root fry

First boil the Taro root in pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Open the cooker and peel the skin out and cut it into thin slices.

In a pan add oil, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and salt to taste and mix it well. Then add the above cut slices of Taro root and fry it until golden brown. Taro root fry ready
