In a blender add 1/2 cup grated coconut, 10 pieces of walnut, 2 tsp roasted gram, 1 green chilly, little cilantro, 1/4 onion, 2 garlic, a pinch of fresh ginger, a pinch of LG and very little tamarind (if needed) and grind with little water.
Then season the above in oil with mustard, onion, red chilies and curry leaves. Green coconut chutney ready.
