First clean fish and keep it separate
In a wok add sesame oil, mustard, fenugreek seeds, black sesame seeds and when mustard splatters add 5 garlic, curry leaves, 2 red chillies, 1 green chilly chopped, 1 chopped onion and finally add 2 tomatoes and fry.
Then add Chilly powder -2 tsp
Daniya -1 tsp
Jeera powder -1 tsp
2 tsp fish masala
Now add tomato paste and tamarind paste as needs and when boiling add fish into it and boil for 10 minutes. Fish curry ready. 🦈🐋🐟🍲
You can also add egg plant in it while boiling. Separately fry egg plant in oil with salt and 2 tsp fish masala powder and boil for 5 mins. Add this in the curry and boil for 3 minutes.
