
First clean fish and keep it separate
In a wok add sesame oil, mustard, fenugreek seeds, black sesame seeds and when mustard splatters add 5 garlic, curry leaves, 2 red chillies, 1 green chilly chopped, 1 chopped onion and finally add 2 tomatoes and fry.
Then add Chilly powder -2 tsp
Daniya -1 tsp
Jeera powder -1 tsp
2 tsp fish masala
Now add tomato paste and tamarind paste as needs and when boiling add fish into it and boil for 10 minutes. Fish curry ready.
You can also add egg plant in it while boiling. Separately fry egg plant in oil with salt and 2 tsp fish masala powder and boil for 5 mins. Add this in the curry and boil for 3 minutes.
