Green Masala Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken – 2 pounds
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 5
Coriander – 1/4 bunch
Mint – 1/4 bunch
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Clove – 2
Cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick – 1 small stick
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Red chilly  powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 2 tsp

First grind Onion, green chillies, coriander, Mint, yogurt in a blender
Add Cloves, Cardamon, Cinnamon in oil and then add onions and fry. Add salt to taste, ginger garlic paste and the Chicken into it and fry for 5 mins.
Then add Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Red chilly  powder, Cumin powder and fry for 5 mins
Finally add the mixture from blender into the pan, mix and leave for 10 mins.
Green chicken ready
