This dish my Mom used to make when she wanted to fix us quick breakfast, when she didn’t have the batter for the regular fermented dosa.
Below is recipe for this Ada dosa:
Soak half cup idly rice, urid dhal, toor dhal, moong dhal in water for half to one hour and grind in mixer with little red chilled, jeera and 2 garlic.
Then add salt, add little onion, green chillies & coriander
Make dosa and server with coriander chutney
